Rainbow water is fixing 4 leaking fire hydrants. To turn the water off, they first have to repair faulty valves under the road. They will be working in stages over the next month. After each stage they will backfill the holes. Once all the valves and leaks are repaired, they will contract out to re-pave the road.
Champagne Crest does not open gates for Real Estate open houses, estate sales, or special events. Realtors or estate sellers may request a temporary listing in the gate directry. Visitors may then press 777 to call the realtor's or seller's telephone number to open the gate. Contact Cody Crawford.
Are you are planning a special event at your home? Due to the limited width of our roads, please have visitors park on only one side of the road, allowing motorists to pass on the other side. We have "No Parking This Side" signs that may be requested. We can also provide a temporary gate code.
Our Champagne Crest Sunshine Committee is now combined with the Social Committee. If you know of a neighbor who can use help during a time illness, injury, or death of a loved one, please contact someone from the social committee.
